Delete your Cassette account
Deleting your Cassette account also permanently deletes the Cassette data associated with that account. This page is available even if you no longer have the app installed.
Delete from inside Cassette
- Sign in to Cassette.
- Open Settings.
- Open Advanced account controls.
- Select Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then choose Delete forever.
Request account deletion on the web
If you cannot access the app, submit the form below using the email address associated with your Cassette account. Use the subject Delete my Cassette accountand request permanent account deletion. We may contact you to verify ownership before completing the request.
What is deleted
Account deletion permanently removes your Cassette profile, hosted music and files, messages, connections, reviews, settings, and other user data associated with the account.
What may be retained
Limited financial transaction, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or legal compliance records may be retained when required by law or needed to resolve disputes. Retained records are kept only for as long as needed for those purposes and are not kept as an active Cassette profile.
Subscriptions
Deleting a Cassette account does not automatically cancel an App Store, Google Play, or web subscription. Cancel any active subscription through the store or billing provider where you purchased it.
