What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, login provider (such as Google or email/password), and the profile information you choose to share. Artists may upload music, artwork, and related content. Reviewers may create public profiles, reviews, and Live Review content.
How we use your information
We use this information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Cassette — for example, to host and share music, match Artists with Reviewers, process submissions, run Live Reviews, and communicate with you about your account.
Payment processing
Paid submissions, Skip Queue purchases, and Reviewer payouts are processed through Stripe. Cassette does not store complete payment card details. Stripe handles payment information according to its own policies.
Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to operate the platform. Authentication, database, and storage services are provided through Supabase. Payments are handled by Stripe. We share information with these providers only as needed to run Cassette.
Technical and usage data
We collect basic technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the service, such as error logs, session activity, and feature usage.
No sale of personal information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising unrelated to Cassette.
